1. Cargo Communications Limited ("CargoComms") and contributors to its services make every attempt to ensure reliability and accuracy of the data contained in the messages supplied by CargoComms.
2. CargoComms does not warrant the content, accuracy or veracity of any messages or other information on the website or supplied to its customers.
   
   The website and messages are provided on an "AS IS" basis together with any faults or failings and without any representation, warranty or guarantee whatsoever, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
   
   In no event will CargoComms or its contributors or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damages or any special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with any user’s access to, or use of CargoComms website, any messages or any goods, materials or services available from it, or any other services supplied by CargoComms whether based in contract, tort and whether negligent or otherwise, even if CargoComms has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event that this exclusion of liability is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, but that liability may be lawfully limited, CargoComms' aggregate total liability to any user for all such damages and losses shall be limited to any fee paid by the user suffering loss during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
3. CargoComms and its contributors cannot guarantee that links to other sites are current, cannot support or align with any of the companies listed within this site, and cannot guarantee their reliability.
4. Users requiring assurance of accuracy and age of information must contact source persons or entities.
5. CargoComms reserves the right to refuse publication of any particular announcement or to withdraw a published announcement.
6. When you subscribe to our mailing list, we keep this email address in our database to provide you with customised information.  No external parties have access to your name and email address and the information is only used in accordance with our privacy policy, which you acknowledge and agree to be bound by. You may unsubscribe from our list at any time by using the link in the email message.  We will not use your email address for distribution of unwanted email (spam) or in any other manner which would breach the Data Protection Act 1988.
7. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of CargoComms.
8. Each user agrees to remain bound by these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) for as long as they remain a user of the website and wishes to use the website unless CargoComms earlier terminates, suspends or otherwise limits access to the website as it deems is appropriate.
9. Each user agrees that these terms and conditions and any dispute arising in any way in relation to the website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of England and Wales.
